Important Information for Enrichments
Schedules:
The Enrichment Program will begin on Tuesday, September 2nd (No classes will be held on Labor Day). The last day of enrichment for these classes will be April 30th.
Primary Enrichments are located on the Early Childhood Campus (ECC).
Elementary 1 & 2 Enrichments are located on the Main Campus.
Middle School Enrichment classes are located on campus.
Please note that the monthly rate will remain the same each month, regardless of whether a month consists of three, four, or five weeks, or if a class cannot be held due to a holiday when the school is closed and scheduled for half days. The month of May will be used for makeup sessions for any class that may be cancelled during the school year by the instructor.
Payment:
The cost of each class is listed on the attached spreadsheet and varies between circle and non-circle students. Class and supply fees cannot be prorated based on your child’s attendance; therefore, you may want to make every effort for your child to attend class. Once registered, you will be billed automatically through Tuition Express for the class fee and materials. After your first payment, only the enrichment class fee will be included in your monthly bill.
Outstanding Balances:

Registration Dates by Level, all at 7 p.m:
- ECC – Monday, August 11th
- E1 – Tuesday, August 12th
- E2 – Wednesday, August 13th
- Middle School – Thursday, August 14th
Registration will open online on each respective day for your child’s level. An email will be sent through Villa Voice for all parents to view, along with a registration link. This information will also be accessible on the Villa Montessori app.
⚠️ Limited Space Available:
Enrichment classes typically fill up quickly. Space is limited and registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
✅ Next-Day Confirmation:
Parents will receive an email the day after registration confirming their child’s enrollment status.
If a class reaches full capacity, any additional students who register will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.
Waitlist/Withdraw:
To add your child to a waitlist or withdraw your child from an enrichment class, please email our Elementary after-school Coordinator, Bri Cuevas, [email protected].
Please note that withdrawals must be received before the end of the month. Failure to do so will result in billing for the next month, as the teacher is paid per student enrolled, not by attendance. Be aware that NO REFUNDS will be given for withdrawn students.
Enrichment Class Cancelations:
The enrichment teacher will contact parents via email in the event of class cancellation. Same-day cancellations will include an additional call home from the enrichment teacher. In the case of excessive class cancellations, parents will be reimbursed for the classes that cannot be made up during the month of May.
The Enrichment Class Schedule for the 2025–2026 school year is tentative. Classes are subject to change based on teacher availability and enrollment capacity. Our Enrichment programs are open to current Villa students ONLY.
