Description: Students will engage in physical training exercises promoting coordination, strength, flexibility, and control. In addition to these, students will learn life skills such as respect, confidence, focus and self-discipline. This class is taught by highly trained and experienced instructors from JSK TAEKWONDO.

Cost: $45 (non-Circle), $35 (Circle)
