We are now accepting current student registrations for our 2018 Summer Programs. Registration for current students runs March 5th through Wednesday, March 21. Registration forms are available at the Administration Office and on the Website under Secure Documents. On Monday, March 26, registration becomes open to the Pubic (for Elementary Summer Camp ONLY) *
Registration is on a “first-come, first-served” basis!

Parents are responsible for canceling their child’s registration by visiting the Administration Office and completing a cancellation notification form.
A two-week notice (14 days) will result in a 2/3 tuition refund.
Any cancellation short of two weeks will not be refunded.
Please note that Tuition Express is the only form of payment accepted for Summer School tuition and fees. If you are not already enrolled in Tuition Express, please be sure to complete a Tuition Express registration form.

*The Villa Camp Summer Program (Grades 2-6) will be the only program open to non-villa parents on March 26. The Directors made the decision to only allow NON-Villa students to enroll in the Elementary level summer school, NOT Primary. This includes Primary students who are on the waiting list – and those already accepted for the fall, but who have not started yet.
The reasoning behind this choice is that the phase-in process for our Primary level students is designed to help gradually introduce these students in the classroom at the start of the new school year. Therefore, rather than enrolling new students into our summer program, we wish to have them wait until the new school year begins to make the most of this phase-in transition time.
