Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures
 

The attachment below contains our procedures for dropping off and picking up your children. Please become familiar with these procedures.

 
 
Villa's Absentee Policy
 

Please be sure to read the Charter Attendance policy linked below; this letter addresses our absenteeism and tardiness policies. Unlike in years past, this year, each absence will be automatically documented as UNEXCUSED unless we receive a call or email from a parent or guardian indicating the reason for the absence. According to state law, ten consecutive unexcused absences require an automatic withdrawal from the school. More details are contained in the Absence/Tardy Information notice.

It is the parents' responsibility to report a student absent. Parents/guardians may use the online form on our school app, email [email protected], or call the Villa Absentee Line (602) 955-2210 and select Option 1 to report your child’s absence before or on the actual day of the absence. 
 
 
Permission to Walk - Must be done each school year
 
To give permission for your child to walk or bike home from school, please complete this "Walker/Biker" Permission Form. Please complete this form at least one week before allowing your child to walk/bike home from school. Last-minute submissions will not be granted permission due to needing accurate weekly rosters. Students walking home must live within walking/biking distance from the school.

Enrichments
 
Villa’s Enrichment Program offers classes after school on each campus. Bri Cuevas, our Elementary Circle Coordinator, oversees all enrichments. She can be reached at [email protected].

We strongly encourage all families to download the Villa app. The app is a convenient platform for communication and staying current on what is happening at Villa. It features quick absence reporting, push notifications for events and communication alerts, a chat feature, and more!
