Dear Villa Community,

We need you! No child should try to learn while they are hungry. With the uncertainty of SNAP benefits looming for some families, we want to help fill the gap and make sure that all children have enough food to learn.

We are asking for your donation of non-perishable breakfast and lunch items that can be given out to hungry students at school. Please drop them off at the Admin office, at carline or have your child bring them into class earmarked for the “Fill the Gap Food drive.”

If your family is facing food insecurity because of the furlough or the pause of SNAP benefits, please let your child’s teacher know. You can also use THIS LINK to confidentiality request support for your family. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be shared with our school’s family support staff to provide assistance. We will be discrete while making sure that each child has the food they need to keep learning.
