Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

This Spring, we are pleased to offer E2 students an excellent and engaging overnight trip experience. Stefanie and Kaitlyn's classes will be going to Ocean Conservation Camp, MAY 13-15, 2024!

We realize that making payments can be difficult, and at no point do we want a child to miss this educational experience. If your family cannot afford the cost of this trip, please contact the Finance office. The total cost for the class trip is $600.00. The trip installments will be billed as follows:

PAYMENT	DUE DATE	AMOUNT
1st Payment / Deposit	December 1, 2023	$ 200.00
2nd Payment	January 1, 2024	$ 200.00
Final Payment	February 1, 2024	$ 200.00

ECA fees must be paid in full by December 1 or have a current payment plan in place with the billing office that is being followed for students to participate in the overnight trip. These monies cover expenses incurred above and beyond those paid for by trip fees charged to students. Chaperones will be required to pay a cost of $600.00, due by March 1, 2024.

Cancellation Refund schedule:

If cancelled by 3/8/24 – 50% refund

If cancelled by 4/8/24 – 25% refund
