Students, teachers, and staff have been learning all month about the rich history of Black culture. We’ve organized a community event celebrating Black Excellence, featuring some of our Villa parents and teachers who will share their journeys as athletes, educators, and leaders. Experience the Villa Student Art Gallery of Quilts, inspired by Gee's Bend and Faith Ringgold Quilts, and make some art of your own! Our evening will feature performances from Impact Gymnastics, young musicians from the Phoenix Conservatory of Music, and student poetry readings honoring Black poets from the past. It will be a fun-filled evening of connection, inspiration, and celebration!
