PICTURES FOR THE SLIDE SHOW - Please send your class photos to [email protected]. We prefer on campus classroom photographs. We will be using these photos for a continuous slide show during the silent auction closings in the ballroom. Please let us know which class and students are in the photos, if possible.

BASKETS – We need every family to donate one item to your child’s classroom basket. If you don’t know your classroom theme, ask your teacher or your classroom coordinator. We will be picking up the items on the morning of April 16th!

RAFFLE TICKETS – Please help us sell $40 per family in raffle tickets. We will be sending them out through your child’s classroom and we will announce the winners at the event. You do not have to be present to win.

WINE WALL – We are accepting wine in exchange for parent volunteer hours. We know how busy everyone is so this is a great opportunity to help the school by giving a bottle of wine worth every hour you have not been able to volunteer at the school. Each hour is worth $20. Please no bottles under the value of $10 = one-half hour. We will these wrapped bottles of wine for $20 each.

EXAMPLE: Let’s say you still need to volunteer five hours. Purchase a $100 bottle of wine or two $50 bottles or four $25 bottles of wine, turn it in at the Villa Main Office, attach your name and a receipt, pick up a donation receipt for your taxes and you will be given credit for five volunteer hours. This works for any amount of hours to any amount of wine!

IT IS THAT SIMPLE! PLEASE DROP OFF YOUR WINE BY APRIL 22nd!

FIXED EVENTS WANTED - Let us know if you have any new ideas for a Fixed Event party. This is an item we sell at the auction with a set amount for a set number of attendees. It can be a couple party, a child’s party, father & son outing, etc. Please share any ideas you have with us. We are currently trying to put together a wine tour, with limo from Phoenix to Sedona. Let us know if you have any connections to any of the fine wineries in Sedona. You could also underwrite the cost of the wine tasting!
