I. Returning Private School Primary Students
If your child is currently enrolled in the Primary 3 program and you plan to re-enroll him/her in the Primary 4 program for the 2021-2022 school year, please complete the online form Primary Notice of Intent to Return by Friday, January 29, 2021.
(For students in Villa’s Primary 4 program, please see open enrollment for Kindergarten Charter School students below in section IV.)
II. Returning Charter School Students
If your child is currently attending Villa in kindergarten through seventh grade and you plan to return for the 2021-2022 school year, please complete the online form Charter Notice of Intent to Return by Friday, January 29, 2021.
III. New Private School Primary Students
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our private primary program and your child does not currently attend Villa, please go online to our Private School Admissions page to obtain a Private School Primary Application Packet. Please submit complete applications electronically at [email protected] during the open enrollment period. You may also submit your application using the designated drop-box outside of our Admin Office during regular office hours. Open Enrollment for Primary students starts Monday, January 25, 2021, at 7:00 a.m. Forms are placed on a waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional documents will be required at the time of acceptance.
IV. Open Enrollment for Kindergarten Charter School Students
If you are interested in enrolling your child in Villa’s Kindergarten Program for the 2021-2022 school year, application packets can be obtained online on our Charter School Admissions page. Important information about our enrollment policies and procedures can be found in the General Enrollment Overview for Charter Programs. Please submit complete applications electronically at [email protected] during the open enrollment period. You may also submit your application using the designated drop-box outside of our Admin Office during regular business hours. Open enrollment begins Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 a.m. and closes Friday, January 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. Your child must be five years old by September 1, 2021.
V. Open Enrollment for New Charter School Students Grades 1-8
If you are interested in enrolling your child in these grades for the 2021-2022 school year, application packets can be obtained online on our Charter School Admissions page. Important information about our enrollment policies and procedures can be found in the General Enrollment Overview for Charter Programs. Please submit complete applications electronically at [email protected]
during the open enrollment period. You may also submit your application using the designated drop-box outside of our Admin Office during regular office hours. Open enrollment begins Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 a.m. and closes Friday, January 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Applications and returning student forms received after the above dates may result in your child being placed on a waiting list. An equitable selection process will be administered should the number of Charter applications received during the open enrollment period exceed our capacity.
