2024 Online Auction & Fundraising Event
 
Villa Montessori’s Week of Giving Annual Fundraiser allows our school to raise the additional funds we need to pay for our teacher aides and classroom supplies year after year.
 
Bridging the gap in school aid is imperative to the effectiveness and success of our Villa classrooms as the Montessori curriculum requires more staffing and materials than what is covered by the public charter grant.
 
We can't do this alone, and that’s where you come in. See below for more details about this year's fundraiser!

 

Be a Sponsor

 

Are you a business owner or do you know someone in in the community who would benefit from a tax-deductible sponsorship? Send them our way! Sponsorships range from $500 to $10,000 and would show support for Villa while generating exposure for your business. You can make your donation online OR simply send a check payable to Villa Montessori School with "Auction Sponsor" in the memo and your contact information to 2802 E. Meadowbrook Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85016.

 

 

Donate an Auction Item

 

Auction items needed to! Vacation rental staycations, jewelry, experiences like yoga classes, in-home chefs, alcohol party baskets, collectables, wine baskets, hotel stays, artwork, and gift certificates are just some of the items we could use for the auction. But let your imagination run wild! We've had some really amazing items in the past and we know how creative our community can be. Bring your items to the Villa Elementary Office and ask for Athena OR send them via email to [email protected]

 

 

Online Auction
April 8th - 13th, 2024

Hundreds of items will be available for virtual bidding during our online auction kicking off Monday, April 8th at 8:00am and closing at 9:00pm on Saturday, April 29th.

Join us for the Villa event of the year as we boogie down for Villa! Last year was incredible as we came together at Papago Golf Club and raised the most funds EVER! This year, we're taking it up a notch at the Hotel Valley Ho so dress in your favorite 70’s attire and get ready for a night of bidding, drinks, activities, delicious food, and laughter as we all come together to support our amazing kids and teachers!
 
Tickets will be available soon and are $150 each. They include dinner, entertainment, two drink tickets, and two bottles of wine at the table and ONLY 200 tickets are available!
