What will be covered:

• The Montessori philosophy for this age group
• Curriculum and materials
• Daily schedule
• Recordkeeping
• Homework
• What to expect in the transition to fourth grade and how you can help support your child
• Fostering a sense of community
• The placement process

We cannot emphasize enough how important it is that you attend! You will be provided with valuable information that will never be presented in the same way again…and… you will get to meet the Elementary II teachers and tour their classrooms. This event is for parents only and children will be given an opportunity to visit their fourth grade classroom in the spring.
