Enrollment Information
2017-2018 School Year
I. Returning Private School Students
If your child is currently enrolled in the private school Toddler II or Primary 3 programs and you plan to re-enroll him/her in the private school for the 2017-2018 school year, please complete the Private Re-Enrollment Form and return it to the school office by Thursday, October 27, 2016.
(For students in Villa’s Primary 4 program, please see open enrollment for Kindergarten Charter School students below in section IV.)
II. Returning Charter School Students
If your child is currently attending Villa in kindergarten through seventh grade and you plan to re-enroll him/her for the 2017-2018 school year, please complete the Charter Re-Enrollment Form and return it to the office on your child’s campus by Thursday, October 27, 2016.
III. New Private School Students
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our private school and your child does not currently attend Villa, please come into the office to obtain a Private School Application. We will accept Private School Applications beginning Thursday, November 10, 2016. You must have the original birth certificate and documentation showing current immunizations with your application.
IV. Open Enrollment for Kindergarten Charter School Students
If you are interested in enrolling your child in Villa’s kindergarten program for the 2017-2018 school year, please come into the office to obtain a Charter School Application. Your child must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2017.
Open enrollment for kindergarten charter school students will begin on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 7:00 a.m. and will close on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. Charter School Applications for kindergarten charter school students must to be returned to the school office on that day. You must have the original birth certificate, documentation showing current immunizations and proof of Arizona residency.
V. Open Enrollment for New Charter School Students Grades 1-8
If you are interested in enrolling your child in the first through eighth grade and your child does not currently attend Villa, please come into the office to pick up a Charter School Application.
Open Enrollment for these new charter school students will begin on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 7:00 a.m. and will close on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. Charter School Applications for NEW charter school students entering the 1st through 8th grade need to be returned to the school office on that day.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Applications and re-enrollment forms received after the dates indicated above may result in your child being placed on a waiting list. An equitable selection process will be administered should the number of Charter applications received during the open enrollment period exceed our capacity.
