The following is a resource guide for you as parents. Hopefully, it is helpful source of reference for you and answers some of the questions you might have.
Parent/School Compact
The Parent/School Compact outlines your role and responsibilities in helping your child develop to his/her full potential. It is part of the community-wide commitment, "Growing Greatness".
Parent Volunteer Opportunities
Villa requires each family to give 10 hours each school year to various events or programs to benefit the school or your child's classroom. The Parent Volunteer Opportunities link will give you a list of events that you can participate in. All questions regarding Parent Volunteer Opportunities should be directed to:

Payment Procedures for Private Programs
- Tuition and/or fees are to be paid monthly, starting August 1. Tuition payments will be considered late after the 5th of each month.
- Payments are to be sent to the main office at: 4535 N. 28th St.; Phoenix, AZ 85016, or it can be dropped off at the office. Please be sure to include your child's name on the check.
- If a tuition check is returned due to non-sufficient funds, it will be re-deposited one time. If it does not clear the second time it will need to be replaced with a money order or a cashier's check in the amount plus $25.00. After three returned checks, all future payments must be made by cashier's check or by money order.
- If a check is lost, all charges for a stop payment must be paid by the check writer and a new check issued.
Late Payments & Past Due Balances
- Past due notices will be sent to those parents whose payments have not been received by the 5th of the month.
- If a payment has not been received by the 5th of the month, a late charge of $25.00 will be assessed.
- If tuition and/or fees remain unpaid and other payment arrangements have not been made, the school reserves the right to:
a. remove the student from after-school activities including the Circle Program;
b. terminate contract;
c. dismiss the student without tuition abatement until the account is brought current;
d. employ any and all rights and remedies allowed by law.
- Families who fall more than one month behind in payment of tuition, without arranging for an alternate payment plan, may not be eligible for continued enrollment in the program. This will be firmly enforced.
- Enrollment contracts will not be offered to students whose accounts are more than 30 days delinquent, unless payment arrangements have been made.
