ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR THE
2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

If you are applying for a new student in either the Charter or Private programs, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization record must accompany your application and the original brought for verification.  We can not accept applications without this documentation.

Open Enrollment for Kindergarten Charter School Students for the 2012-2013 School Year -If you are interested in enrolling your child in Villa's kindergarten program for the 2012-13 school year, please complete a Charter application and a New Student Placement Questionnaire available in the Main Campus office. The student must be 5 years old by September 1, 2012. Open Enrollment for All Kindergarten Charter School students for the 2012-13 School Year will begin on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 7 am and will close on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 6 pm. Charter School Applications for Kindergarten charter school students should be returned to the main office on that day.(see notes below)

Open Enrollment for New Charter School Students Grades 1 thru 8 for the 2012-13 School Year - If you are interested in enrolling a child in first through eighth grade for the 2012-13 school year and the child does not currently attend Villa, please stop by the Main Campus office to pick up a Charter School Application and a New Student Placement Questionnaire. Open Enrollment for these new charter school students will begin on Monday, November 14th, 2011 at 7 am and close on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 6 pm. Charter School Applications for new charter school first through eighth grade students should be returned to the office on that day. (see notes below)

IMPORTANT NOTES: Applications for all grade levels will be accepted only at our Main Campus office located at the address below. Any applications received after the enrollment dates may result in the student being placed on a waiting list. An equitable selection process will be administered should the number of applications received during the Open Enrollment period exceed our capacity. Preference will be given to returning Charter students and siblings of Charter students.
